11. Additional Legal Conditions

Legal Warranty (EU)
In the European Union, all products include a 2-year legal warranty of conformity.
During the first 12 months, any defect is presumed to have existed at origin. After this period, the consumer must prove it.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper handling, or lack of maintenance.

Right of Withdrawal (EU)
EU consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from delivery by notifying apexgridhelp@outlook.es.
The customer bears the return shipping costs unless there is a defect or shipping error.
Only the product cost plus the standard shipping option is refundable.
If the product shows improper use, a proportional deduction may apply, up to 100% in severe cases.

Exclusions
Withdrawal does not apply to:

• Personalized or custom-made products.
  
  

• Sealed hygiene items (e.g., cosmetics, underwear).
  
  

• Perishable goods.
  
  

• Digital downloads once access has begun.
  
  

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish and European consumer and e-commerce laws.
 In case of dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Barcelona.
